Plasman is currently seeking a new member to join our PROCESS team as a:

PROCESS LAB TECHNICIAN

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct precise testing and analysis of products in various stages of the production process to ensure top-quality standards are met.
• Document and report test results in a clear and concise manner, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve process-related issues promptly.
• Develop and implement testing protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and contribute to the lab's overall cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure a personal and associate awareness of all quality and business-related operating systems (ISO/IATF).

Qualifications, Skills and Experience We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or degree in a related technical field is advantageous. A combination of education, training and years' working experience will be considered.
• Experience in a lab environment, preferably within manufacturing or automotive sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to work efficiently with various teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Proficient in using standard laboratory equipment and computer software for data analysis.
